About the Company:
Our client is a well established global MNC healthcare company with various product portfolios across Pharmaceutical, Medical Devices etc.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop marketing plans and activities for company products.
- Ability to do research and evaluate new product opportunities, demand for potential products, and customer needs and insights.
- Strategize marketing strategy and execution of plans for the existing products.
- Ability to assesses market competition
- Obtains product market share by working with sales managers to develop product sales strategies.
- Introduces and markets new products by developing time-integrated plans with sales, supply chain, regulatory and quality and government affairs when needed.
- Ability to manage new product development, launch campaigns and managing distribution channels for products
- Provide marketing management, budget control, compensation programs and incentive planning.
- Minimum 3-5 years of marketing experience in Healthcare industry
- Bachelor’s degree or above in business management, marketing or related field
- Possess a solid understanding of healthcare industry
- Ability to develop product and marketing strategies
- Driven, Results Oriented & Resilient
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
