2. Prevention of Occupational Diseases
3. Developing OHS standards, procedures, and manual accordance with government regulations, standards and RSPO, ISCC, ISPO and other requirements
3. Undertaking incident investigations utilizing the SCAT Methodology
4. Monitoring and achieving KPI's in compliance with the OHS Management system
5. Supporting and continuously improving OHS risk management
7. Conduct training for employees related to Occupational Health
8. Compile and analyze Occupational Health statistic reports from units
9. Conduct Occupational Health inspections on units, issue recommendations and monitor the progress of compliance
10. Monitoring of workplace environment in the units according to government regulations an standards
Requirements :
1. Min. a Bachelor Degree, major in HSE
2. Experiences min. 3 years
3. Knowing RSPO, ISCC, ISPO
4. Willing to travel
