As a support engineer, you will be joining our team to help us ensure that our fleets are healthy and able to service our mission-critical activities. You will also be working to ensure that we are able to scale our efforts to match.
- Effective communication skills to lead technical discussions and engage with customers in English and Bahasa Indonesian
- Kubernetes management and troubleshooting knowledge and experience
- Experience with container orchestration tools (e.g. Docker, OpenShift, Kubernetes)
- Linux expertise (Ubuntu, CentOS, RedHat) and/or Microsoft Windows Server and associated technologies expertise (Active Directory, Exchange etc.)
- Deep understanding of IP Networking (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, SSL/TLS, etc.)
- Troubleshooting skills at multiple levels of complexity.
