Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure all operational process in sales & marketing, operations cost reports, manpower and facilities requirements, production, warehouse are available, stock management, focus on data accuracy and customer satisfaction are maintainedy
- In charge of end to end operations and ensure its run well and according to procedures so as to support the smooth operation of the company and increase productivity
- Keep update of new systems and best practices in operations
- Develop a standard of high performing, well-coordinated teams across all business units
- Own, refine and monitor performance measures that support the strategy and operating plans
- Maintain relationship with vendors and negotiate with the vendors
- Establishes end to end manufacturing phases from the objectives, policies and procedures
- In charge in acquiring, production scheduling and completion.
- Integrated and develop the specific short-term, long-term projects related to production
- Bring in new ideas, method and means for better productivity, yield and cost reduction.
- Continuous improvement in all process of operations and project
- More than 15 years experience in plastic manufacturer business in the production, manufacture and operations role
- Proven experience in managing a high-performance project management, lean management, six sigma and relevant experience in plant operational management, energy saving improvement, wastage improvement, etc.
- Strategic thinker and commercially driven, consultative, Consumer-focused and strong influencing skills
- Possess strong business acumen and commercial financial competencies
- Strong Knowledge in manufacturing processes including production, quality control and engineering
