Position at Wavemaker
In 3 months:
- Get an understanding of the client's e-commerce business: priority to understand main objective in each of the brand, what is the key driver for each brand GMV
- Understanding workflow and administrative side of ecomm placement
- Build relationship with key stakeholders in each division
- Take a handover on complete client business - internalize brand playbooks, past e-commerce campaigns * efforts & any client specific framework trainings.
- Start to develop analysis/ insights regarding the performances especially for monthly review
- Develop a framework to track and share category insights & learnings basis past & current e-commerce activations and campaigns - also track competition activity & cascade to relevant stakeholders.
- Understanding pain points/ challenges in every brand
- Building relationship with the team and understanding each of their challenge
- Work with e-commerce platform partners to spot any opportunity for improvement
- Work with the e-commerce team lead on all media commerce strategy & planning discussions.
- Manage active communication & support on all client related e-commerce needs with central trading & e-commerce team.
- Support on e-commerce focused workshops & trainings as required for internal & client teams.
- Work with E-commerce Team Lead to ensure 100% achievement of targets delivered to client.
- Manage a daily/weekly/monthly tracking dashboard to track category
brand level Metrics. * Work with ecomm partners for innovation opportunities
Responsibilities of the role:
- Manage budget and performance for all ecomm campaigns and achieving clients objectives
- Execute & Track performance of all media commerce campaigns for the client, across search, display, affiliate and off-platform performance marketing campaigns.
- Providing best practice and analysis for each brand
- Managing a team of 8 ecomm planning team and extended 5 people for optimization
