About the Head of HR Role:
Reporting to the CEO, you will lead HR with a key focus on employee engagement, employer branding, performance management, and overall help in scaling up of the organisation and controlling attrition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the management to drive people strategy and ensure its alignment with business strategy
- Provide a full range of HR services, payroll, recruitment, training and development, compensation, and benefits
- Support current and future business needs through the development and engagement of human capital
- Develop talent management strategy includes succession planning, performance management
- Handle entire HR operations and ensure legal compliance within the process
- Manage recruitment and selection process
- Lead employer branding strategy to attract top talent
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources Management and/or business
- Experience leading the HR function in technology start-up companies
- Proven success in people engagement, management and team retention
- Thorough knowledge in manpower regulation and compliance
- Driven and familiar with a fast-paced work environment
