- Develop Monthly Property Training Report
- Update the Generic Training Database of the hotel to ensure 100% accuracy
- Facilitate the development of annual departmental mission statement to ensure they are ready for launching by the first date of the year
- Conduct at least 3 generic training workshop every month
- Update the content of Training Information in system (weekly basis) to ensure 100% accuracy of information
- Develop 1 generic training module every year
- Organize at least 3 Certification Graduations within a year (includes certificate production)
- Organize the trainee farewell twice in a year
- Organize the annual departmental trainers outing
- Organize the departmental re certification program to ensure every re-certification program run effectively
- Reviews the progress of the hotel’s Training Plan and make recommendations where necessary.
- Assists Heads of Department in identifying training needs within each department.
- Coordinates and monitors the hotel’s Training Plan and Calendar.
- Coordinates the compilations and review of the hotel’s Departmental Operation Manuals.
- Assist with the monitoring of departmental standards as defined in the Departmental Operations Manual.
- Responsible for the security and maintenance of the hotel’s Training Room, Training Equipment and Materials.
- Advises the Human Resources Manager of any new support material that would be beneficial to the hotel.
- Ensures that the recommended quota of Departmental Trainer is trained for each department.
- Ensures the maximum utilization of Departmental Trainers in each department.
- Plans, implements and monitors, in conjunction with other member of the Human Resources Division both General/Core and Management Training.
- Implements and monitors the company’s training materials, including Rank & File training series, Supervisory training series, Managerial training series and other e-learning initiatives.
- Develops required training materials and training sessions to satisfy hotel training needs.
- Coordinates and monitors the cross-training programmers.
- Assist the Human Resources Manager to monitor the management training programmers of the hotel.
- Work together with Foreign Language Trainers to provide an effective language learning program for all employees.
- Leads the interns hiring strategy to ensure that the required quota is fulfilled.
- Leads the implementation hotel’s internship program by working with all related departments.
- Assists external facilitator to conduct any external training in the hotel.
- Monitors the performance of the Training Admin, ensuring they are developed to their maximum potential and efficiency.
- Responsible to conduct the monthly Departmental Trainer Forum & Activities by following meeting the standard meeting guidelines.
- Has Experience in a similar position at 5-star Resort
- Has good communication and interpersonal skill
- Has excellent leadership skills
- Has the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Has related license, certificates and (or) diploma to support candidate's qualification
