OVERVIEW OF DUTIES
- Is able to works with the segmentations assigned by Manager.
- Increases the business volume during weekends and off season period , Sales promotions: both room and Food & Beverage; promoting FIT; convention and tour groups business; sales meeting; banquets; cocktail receptions; etc.
- Coordinates all methods to maintain and increase business volume. This includes advertising, sales promotions, personal selling, publicity, community relations, special sales projects, employee training and guest relations.
- Prepares annual sales goals: develop working plans to carry out goals; compare actual achievements against goal; periodically take necessary corrective action.
- Submits monthly and weekly sales plan and market analysis (monthly) as well as daily sales/activity reports, which will also include. person(s) entertained for sales purposes. These plans and reports will be submitted for all members of the sales staff on the first working day of the month, and by Monday morning of each week.
- The Sales Executive will submit daily and monthly sales activities report to Director of Sales to include all new business booked during that month.
- Welcomes any potential organizer and introduce the product and show the banquet facilities, as well as other hotel facilities.
- To be aware of competitor pricing & promotions and to prepare a quarterly competitor comparison report.
- Degree in public relations, communications, or hospitality.
