- Implement various effective order management processes to reduce expenses and build long-term profitability for the company.
- Maintaining and grow partnerships with internal and external team across functions frequently
- Ensure that process is aligned with various departments in the company.
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with internal teams and customers.
- Ensure that the Opportunity to Order (OTO) process, Order to Cash (OTC) process runs smoothly to ensure on time delivery
- Execute measures that will prevent delivery delay in all location through risk management
- Bachelor's Degree in business, engineering or a related field .
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in procurement, with good track record
- Project management experience to drive improvement initiatives
- Well developed influencing skills and is able to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong written and communication skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Familiar with SAP
- Having PMP/IPMP certification is a plus
