Job Description

  • Implement various effective order management processes to reduce expenses and build long-term profitability for the company.
  • Maintaining and grow partnerships with internal and external team across functions frequently
  • Ensure that process is aligned with various departments in the company.
  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with internal teams and customers.
  • Ensure that the Opportunity to Order (OTO) process, Order to Cash (OTC) process runs smoothly to ensure on time delivery
  • Execute measures that will prevent delivery delay in all location through risk management

  • Bachelor's Degree in business, engineering or a related field .
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in procurement, with good track record
  • Project management experience to drive improvement initiatives
  • Well developed influencing skills and is able to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong written and communication skills
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Familiar with SAP
  • Having PMP/IPMP certification is a plus
