- Working with team in ensuring & monitoring systems availability
- Respond to incidents and request from client IT App or business team
- Perform required configuration or hardware changes/maintenance
- Supporting regular activities of EOD/EOM, and planned activities such as: DC Switchover, etc
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skill
- Strong capabilities in AS400 Hardware and System
- Understand surrounding systems such as: Storage systems and Backup systems
- Additional hands-on knowledge on MIMIX replication is a plus
- Good communication and analytical skill
