Analyzing issues and needs for HSE development, formulating policies and planning strategies for realizing HSE activities to increase effectiveness and organizational efficiency in accordance with applicable policies
Carry out evaluation and development of initiatives related to health (physical condition, mental and social welfare) and safety (labor, equipment and work environment) in order to improve the quality of survival and welfare of company resources.
Analyzing and supervising the relevance of controlling the risk of environmental impacts caused by the company's business to ensure business activities are in accordance with applicable laws and HSE requirements.
Prepare and provide improvement reports based on project activities periodically to stakeholders so that all activities are well communicated
Implement all management systems related to Occupational Safety, Health and Environmental Protection (K3L) with the target of realizing occupational safety, health for oneself and other co-workers and maintaining/protecting environmental sustainability.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree any major prioritizes: Department of Engineering (Chemistry, Environment, Industry, etc.)with additional professional qualifications in HSE and Fire & Safety Management Systems.
Minimum 5-8 years in handling HSE
Knowledge of the safety regulation, safety procedure, firefighting procedure and first aid procedure.
Knowledge of Hazard source in factory
Working knowledge in Health, Safety and Environment Management Systems, Environmental Discharges, Incident Command System, Incident Investigation, HSE Auditing Techniques, HEMP, Radiological Safety, Industrial Hygiene, and Gas Dispersion, Modelling, Explosion Indices, and ISO 14001:2004 and OHSAS 18001.
