1. Checking the completeness of legality’s land data and documents owned by local people will be bought by the company, in accordance with applicable legal provisions, so the land acquisition activities running smoothly
2. Coordinating with the Badan Pertahanan Negara in fulfilling documents, to ensuring the legality of land acquisition document are valid
3. Checking the completeness of document related to land acquisition activities in accordance with the applicable procedure and provisions, so the land acquisition activities can be processed to the next stage
4. Monitoring activities of selling and purchasing land, from local people to company, and ensuring the process is accordance with the applicable procedure and provisions, in order to minimizing the potential of irrelevance in the process
5. Ensuring the regulations related to selling and purchasing land activities are updated in accordance with the applicable procedures and regulations, to minimizing the potential problem in the future
6. Preparing and reviewing the Standard Operational Procedure and Work Instruction related document’s land visum activities regularly
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in Law
- Minimum 3 years experience of working as Land Acquisition Supervisor
- Advance competencies in Land Acquisition Management, Agrarian Law, Handling Conflict and Managing Social Intervention
- Good Communication, influencing skill and interpersonal skill
- Good analytical thinking, problem solving and decision making
- Willing to be placed in Balangan, South Kalimantan
