Job Summary
Sandvik is seeking applications from motivated individuals for Field Service Superintendent based in Balikpapan.
Lead and ensure field service support operational are achieved on a timely manner and secures required resources, budgets, risks and changes. Manages various customers in all areas of Indonesia both for mining and construction customers with a team of Sales Managements and/or PT SMCI Managements. Responsible for retention and growth of high value strategic clients for All product PT SMCI
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Management
Plans, monitors and manages projects PT SMCI field service support from initiation through execution.
Leads or coordinates project planning, resourcing, staffing, supply and subcontract management, progress reporting, troubleshooting and people management for projects.
Manages projects to ensure on-time completion according to specifications and efficiently.
Responsible for accomplishing the project objectives.
Monitors performance and recommends schedule changes, cost adjustments or resource additions.
Ensure efficient utilization of technical and administrative resources.
Focused on managing senior-level relationships at the onsite level, and responsible for ensuring the appropriate coordination of resources at local site level.
Responsible for the retention and growth of business across all product lines within the brand with a small number of named strategic accounts.
Communication
Communicate internally on project plan and progress.
Regularly follow up with sales team and customers on ongoing sales initiatives.
Engage with all internal stakeholders involved with the All products line PTSMCI deliverables
Leadership
Provide leadership and direction on the project vision and strategy
Coach, mentor, motivate and lead the PTSMCI on field support service team on the project process and strategy to help them to achieve team goals and objectives
Ensure that there is a visual leadership presence
EHS
Interpret & present EHS leading & lagging indicator data for review with team monthly
Regular review of the EHS reporting for sites and demonstrate compliance into the EHS database (EHS360)
Present onsite as PJO (Penanggung Jawab Operasional) for PTSMCI onsite selection.
Competencies
Male & Female
University degree from relevant field of study or equivalent experience
More than 10 years of relevant experience
Self-motivate, willing to learn new technology, able to lead a small team with a minimum supervison.
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia, good interpersonal and organizational skills.
Possess Driving License, Rotary drill certificates and Safety certificates
Technical aptitude and ability in SMC Rotary equipment
Strong understanding of the mining industry and issues
POP/POM Certifications & Other certificates as per EHS regulation
Ability and availability regulary to work / visit site as per schedule
