Campaign #ForChange Nusantara Internship Program 2023
Position: Full time Program Interns

We are looking for highly motivated interns who are ready to be part of an award-winning team working on the Best App for Good 2021 by Google Play Indonesia! As an intern at Campaign #ForChange, you will have the opportunity to experience our company culture, expand your network and build skills to develop your expertise.
This is a full time learning experience where you won't just be shadowing others-you'll be in the mix right from the start. We are also a full remote company so please feel free to apply no matter where you are located. Competitive compensation provided as well.

Program Intern
Conceptualize and execute programs to support our organizers meet their challenge targets with activation activities such as ambassador programs, volunteer recruitments, virtual gathering and many others. Works closely with our outreach, communication and sponsorship teams to support our organizers and sponsors.
Job Description
- Support Organizers to gain more supporters to join and complete their Challenges
- Monitor the data progress of Changemakers who joined the Challenge of Organizers that has been collaborating with Campaign.com
- Buddy for Organizers that has been collaborating with Campaign.com. Provided Standard of Procedure of Buddy Workflow, Buddy Tracker, Impact Report, disbursement of donations, Challenge extension information, etc
- Reach out to new Changemakers to download and take action in the Campaign #ForChange App
- Executing amplification events fully handle by Campaign.com such as monthly events, Social Fair Days, & Campaign #ForChange Ambassador
- Creating new initiative to be implemented by Campaign.com to gain new Changemakers on Campaign #ForChange App
- Building relationships/reaching out to external parties and also pitching ideas to collaboration events/projects
- External project execution in collaboration, organizations, and sponsors
- Creating new ideas to be implemented by Campaign.com dan collaborator to gain new Changemakers on Campaign #ForChange App
- Students at least on semester 5 or above are prioritized, with the consideration that they have received basic lecture material in accordance with the majors applied for
- Fresh graduates/university students welcomed
- Proactive & creative
- Interest for community and social movement projects
- Have a creative and fun mindset, able to work both independently and as a team
- As our company operates fully remotely, you will need to demonstrate an ability to communicate and coordinate effectively through written and verbal communication channels
- Applicants with experience in communication, management, project management, social studies, or related subjects are prioritized
- Available for at least 4 months
- Complete any 3 challenges in the Campaign #ForChange app that reflects your personal social mission
