- Max 38 years old, physically and mental healthy.
- Minimum Bachelor degree in Accounting.
- At least 5 years of working experience in Accounting & Finance Supervisor level is required for this position.
- Fluency in English.
- Experience in Japanese manufacturing company is preferred.
- Strong knowledge and experience in Tax and Accounting.
- Having Tax Brevet AB is a must.
- Having Experience in Tax Audit / Tax Court.
- Good understanding of Indonesia Tax Regulations & Practices.
- Good Financial analysis skills (P&L, BS, Working Capital & Cash Flow).
- Experience in financial data processing using Microsoft Excel & Accounting Software (SAGE ACCPAC is preferred).
- Have the initiative and able to work individually or in group, and can express opinions. Highly motivated and willing to learn various things.

- Analyze AP, AR, Fixed Asset an Bank Report.
- Making Intercompany Transaction Reports.
- Create & Analyze projected income tax payable.
- Controlling monthly and annual tax compliance.
- Create and control the preparation of the annual corporate income tax return report.
- Create and control the preparation of transfer Pricing Documents.
- Prepare Tax Audit Requirements and oversee the process.
- Follow and study the development of laws and regulations related to taxation and accounting standards.
- Ensure and control all activities related to environmental policy and ISO 14001.
- Processing salary calculations and reviewing accounting procedures.
