Job Responsibilities
■Managing specific section for construction project as construction (plumbing and ducts) management
・Understanding and direct construction projects from conception to completion
・Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors
・Planning and Reviewing the work progress on daily basis
・Meeting with client or developer
・Other responsibilities if needed
Necessary Skill / Experience
・Construction manager (*Plumbing and duct) experience in Japanese company
・More than conversational level English
・Has experience of high-rise construction project
