- Generate new business opportunities and leads through multi-channel engagement
- Source new potential clients and pitch about the company to sell colocation services
- Maintain customer engagement to maximise customer retention and gather information on new requirements
- Coordinate internally to ensure smooth alignment and address any potential issues that customers may have
- Work cross functionally with all internal stakeholders especially during projects and tender so as to provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
- Professional level of English Competency
- Bachelor's degree from any major, preferably overseas graduate
- Has 3 - 4 years of experience in a client facing role
- Familiar with using MS Office and Google Suite
- Highly adaptable individual with outgoing personality
- Strong communication & networking skills and willingness to learn
