Job Description

  • Manages team of IT Governance professionals
  • Develops relationship with internal/external Audit, Risk and Compliance and ensures Sox Coordination and ensures communication within IT Services and to business partners.
  • Manages IT project governance processes across Global IT transformation projects, and contributes to continuous improvement of processes by aligning with Group governance to maximize effectiveness
  • Manages systems and processes to ensure accurate Management Information is available
  • Applies best practice approaches within Performance & Governance scope.
  • Manages Governance projects within agreed budgets and timescales.
  • Oversees service delivery reliability & process consistency for all aspects of Governance activities.
  • Manages and ensures compliance for IT supplier management processes, practices and relationships globally, through appropriate metrics.
  • Creates process models based on requirements in order to determine the completeness of the information and process components.
  • Elevates governance requirements within own area of responsibility and applies adoption of requirements.
Qualification:
  • Minimal Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Management or Finance
  • Minimal 5 years experience in IT, Risk Management or Financial Controller

  • Strong analytical skills
  • Customer service experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; including syndicating IT topics with technical and non-technical employees
  • Strong consulting and influencing skills
  • Experience with Workplace/end user services
  • Experience with Private/Public Cloud services
