Job Description:
- Work together with the team to initiate projects for internal and external (clients)
- Finds the best vendor/supplier to fulfil client's needs and internal budget
- Work together with sales team to prepare event timeline, meeting notes, and budgeting plan
- Execute & supervise field team at events and make sure everything is as planned
- Act as a support to Project Managers at events and installs
- Communicating with upper management to develop strategic operation plans.
- Initiating and surveying clients & worker satisfaction at the end of the event
- Prepare monthly performance reports and how to improve
- Providing after-sales support
- Understand competitor trends and end-user requirements and expectations
- Any special/strategic projects as and when required
- Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in related field. Experience in event management / mass communications would be an added advantage
- Impressive references and portfolio of previously managed events.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
- Candidates must be able to work under tight schedule/ timeline stipulated
- Good with data analytics
- People person with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good presentation skills
- Possess strong problem-solving skills
- Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
