Key qualifications include: Experience in selling personal grooming devices, Ability to adapt to innovations, think analytically, and be creative Proficiency in MS Office programs Basic sales training and visual sales training Proficient in additional selling and cross-selling techniques Proficient in computer and internet technologies Ability to work remotely and have access to reliable internet As a Contact Center Representative, you will be responsible for: Answering calls in designated shifts Answering calls when necessary Providing service in accordance with the goals of the team, presenting and selling constructions machine and advice customer how to make payment Fulfilling responsibilities necessary for the team to reach service level and quality targets The candidate should be able to work in a remote environment with reliable internet access.
