Responsibility: * Manage end-to-end AYANA Rewards program, from developing program strategy to execution at operational level.
- Own partner relationships, including exploring new partnership opportunities and maintaining established relationships.
- Manage AYANA Rewards redemption products and drive marketing activities with internal business units and external partners.
- Work closely with a cross-functional team in deployment of new partnerships, program improvements, and marketing activities, including legal, finance, IT / product development, designer, copywriter, etc.
- Lead an operation team to engage with members and internal stakeholders for service delivery.
- Keep up with the competitors’ activities and the industry trends in five-star hospitality business, as well as leveraging internal data to identify improvement opportunities.
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in business development or partnership marketing
- Relevant experience on loyalty programmes will be an advantage
- Interest in hospitality industry
- Ability to identify growth opportunities and formulate action plans
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to establish relationships and influence stakeholders
- Excellent communications skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia (verbal and written)
