Prepare and coordinate daily accounting activity (i.e. review and approve journal entries)
Prepare and coordinate reporting (i.e. OJK reporting, Management reporting and Group reporting)
Manage and develop team member
Improve business processes related to Finance, Accounting and Reporting
Help CFO in any other matters
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA a plus
5-8 years of experience in accounting and/or financial analysis at Insurance company
Ability to synthesize large quantities of complex data into actionable information
Ability to work and effectively communicate with senior-level business partners
Excellent business judgment, analytical, and decision-making skills
Knowledge of financial reporting and data mining tools such as SQL, Access, etc.
Interested in Sharia Financial & Insurance
Experienced in Sharia is a plus
