We are working with an international Developers in the critical service space, currently seeking an experienced Technical Manager to be based in the Middle East OR Indonesia OR Singapore.
This is an exciting opportunity to oversee multiple data centre sites and the chance to oversee critical services for an MNC, the incumbent would manage the delivery of establishing new operations/maintenance programmes.
This person will have the chance to operate existing data centres and oversee new build projects.
The preferred candidate should possess a solid MEP, Building services and engineering and operational background as well as experience in operations and PPM planning, the preferred candidate should possess maintenance, crisis management and HSE experience for both operational Data centres and new build projects, risk, and project delivery experience.
APAC work experience is preferable with solid leadership skills.
You should have at least 10 years of experience in engineering and facilities services and eight years' experience overseeing MEP services for hyperscale data centres and the ability to manage multiple sites, as well as the ability to manage all third-party contractors and consultants.
This is an operational role, and the client are not seeking anyone from a pure project management background.
The preferred candidate should preferably already be based in Singapore or Thailand, with fluency in English and a Degree in MEP related studies with the ability to manage demanding stakeholders and APAC experience is an advantage.
