Summary of Responsibilities
The Food & Beverage Outlet Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Kwee Zeen Restaurant, the All-Day Dining Restaurant of the Hotel where the manager is assigned. The person prudently manages and utilizes the resources provided in order to achieve the desired business results in the areas of colleague engagement, product and service excellence, and business prudence in accordance with the company’s operating criteria and performance expectations.

Qualifications
Candidates for this position must have at least two-years experience as a Food & Beverage Outlet Manager, preferably in a luxury five-star hotel or resort or an up-market restaurant. They are required to possess personal attributes and competencies that are essential for successful leadership in a fast-paced yet positive and caring environment. In order to be highly productive in the job, candidates must have high computer literacy and be able to communicate effectively in English and Indonesian, both spoken and written.
