About Future Talent Programme
Future Talent Program is a Trainee Program within Tetra Pak. We offer a permanent position from start in July 2023. You will onboard an individual designed development program for 24 months connected to a specific position and the Tetra Pak organization. During the program you will participate in trainings and job rotations throughout various parts of Tetra Pak to explore your potential and grow as a person.
As a Trainee here with us, you will get to know our entire business and collaborate with colleagues all over the world. And this is just the beginning of your Tetra Pak career!
From day one you will be delivering results as a true team member following a development plan that is specifically designed for you and your position. The plan includes a combination of project-rotations, international assignments, work within your own department as well as formal training and mentorship from a network of colleagues all over the world. As main customer contact for operational Technical Sales & Service matters, facilitating service sales growth ambition through account management, sales opportunity analysis, management of maintenance contracts, service coordination and customer support. Offering quality service with innovative solutions, looking to drive excellence in customer satisfaction.

The position is based in Jakarta,Indonesia, Full time- Permanent role.
What you will do
As our Future Talent Programme- Service Sales Specialist you will learn about
Support Technical Account Manager in the preparation of sales strategy including analyzing sales opportunities using internal data sources.
Promote, follow up and analyze on sales opportunities based on customer information.
Have regular meetings, phone calls/emails with customers in order to strengthen the relationship, better understand their processes, identify opportunities and align the strategy with the Account Managers
Analyse customer satisfaction of service delivery together with internal function and compare with our service level
Follow up and coordinate the maintenance events including confirming maintenance event and supporting market deployment with customer.
Support Technical Account Manager in preparation of service execution including preparing quotation, securing competence and resources for delivery of services and service delivery control.
Service contract Coordination in the execution of service contract fulfillment
Provide support in following areas: Maintenance, Selling Service, Service Contract Fulfilment, Mandatory Kits, Customer Management and Parts Supply Chain
We believe you have
A university education with post-graduate/under-graduate in Engineering
Passionate about sales and marketing
Having an internship experience in production / process / manufacturing would be highly advantage.
Adventurous and fast learner and should be able to come out with analysis on every situation.
Team player and understand the meaning of TEAM
Love to cross the boundaries and think out of the box
Believe in team work and like to take the responsibilities
English (mandatory), any additional language skill will be added advantage.
