- Develop sales plans and strategies in all channels to achieve/exceed the company's sales goals
- Manage and Lead sales execution to drive department revenue and profitability growth
- Contribute to team performance by delivering own sales gains, and attending weekly meetings with management to discuss the weekly report on Sales Performance and activities
- Maintain and develop the sales team in terms of headcount & skills and motivate the sales team to achieve maximum performance, establishing and planning activities for all members of the sales team.
- Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key clients both externally and internally and expand client networks for new business opportunities
- Support the Management to maintain and continue the growth of the Company.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in preferable management, and marketing from a reputable university
- A minimum experience of 8-10+ years in Sales, Account Management in a high-growth environment
- Experienced in High-pressure sales or scaling environments such as in startups or the media industry
- Have experience managing a 10+ team and proven leadership skills
- Solid know-how of Indonesia Market dynamics and product knowledge
- High proficiency in analyzing and understanding sales data and communicating key learning and messages
- Excellent communication and people skills in Indonesian and English, ability to make oral presentations
- Exceptional can-do attitude & relentlessly resourceful
