Job Description:
3M Indonesia aspires to increase our footprint in the growing E-Commerce channel and are looking for a motivated, self-driven person to lead our journey. The E-Commerce Sales Manager will be attached to our Consumer Business Group.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Responsible for driving sales targets and managing a profitable business growth
Drive sales on leading E-Commerce platforms of Tokopedia, Shopee and Lazada for Consumer Business goods
Expand E-Commerce business to new and emerging platforms in Indonesia
Build strong relationship with the category teams on E-Commerce platforms
Responsible for distributor management to ensure high in-stocks, accurate demand forecasting and ensure high customer service levels in terms of last-mile deliveries
Design the right sales incentives for the distributors and manage marketing budgets to derive the highest RoI from promotions and campaigns
Appoint and engage with E-Commerce enablers to drive the online store KPIs
Work cross-functionally with marketing, product and brand management teams to leverage the best resources for E-Commerce – launch new products, provide insights on price competitiveness and latest trends in Indonesia ecommerce landscape
Required Experience/Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree holder from a recognized university
At least 5 years of experience in E-Commerce industry – category management on E-Commerce platforms or E-Commerce management in leading brands in Indonesia
2-3 years’ experience in distributor management
Bachelor’s degree holder from a recognized university
