- Crafting and delivering security and data protection awareness programs across the company's Indonesian arm
- Helping to coordinate escalations of security threats to the respective units
- Overseeing application risk assessment, reviewing test reports, and ensuring necessary fixes are conducted in accordance with standards and timeline.
- Ensuring the adoption of global security policy to the country level, as well as necessary adjustment based on local regulations.
- Assessing the impact of recent law on data protection on company operations, practices, and ensuring personal data is safe and protected.
- Working closely with global/regional team in the establishment, maintenance, upgrades of IT Security policies/initiatives
- Reporting to Country Head of IT and liaising with regional IT Security & Data Protection team
To be a successful IT Security & Data Protection Manager, you must have experience in delivering security awareness programs, security policies, risk assessment, as well as experience with data protection.
- Bachelor Degree in information security, computer science, or a similar field.
- Experience in the information security field
- Solid experience in evaluating cybersecurity controls and providing assistance to remediate issues
- Technical experience and proficiency in Security Program Management/Governance Risk and Compliance/Security Monitoring and Incident Response, and Professional Services (Security toolset design/implementation)
- Knowledge of technologies related to Network and Computing Security is a must.
- Understanding of security standards/laws such as ISO 27001, GDPR, UU PDP is a huge advantage.
- Proficient in Bahasa and English.
- Preferred to have IT CISSP/CISA/CISM/CRISC/CGEIT/ISO27001 certifications
