- oversee legal aspects of business operations in Indonesia, including advising on general corporate and commercial matters, development of new businesses, company secretarial matters, employee relations and contract management.legal research, including but not limited to providing advisory and legal opinion for the business operations in Indonesia, development of new laws
- drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts with existing and potential business partners
- liaising with relevant regulatory bodies or authorities
- maintain filing system for all legal documents
- maintaining knowledge of the company's legal documents and operations
- Bachelor of Law from a reputable university having GPA minimum 3.00 or equivalent;
- Minimum 7 (seven) years' work experience in foreign investment company or corporate law firm;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English;
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian laws, in particular civil and commercial laws;
- Capable of working under pressure, with minimum supervision, able to interact with culturally diverse people, self-motivated, result oriented and a team player;
- Able to complete tasks and respond to operational needs on a timely basis, including outside of normal working hours when necessary;
- Able to process licenses and permits either online or offline;
- Experience in the power generation industry is preferred, but not essential;
- PERADI Licensed lawyer is an advantage;
- Interested and have basic knowledge in energy industry is an advantage.
