Job Purpose

A new and fantastic opportunity is available for an E-Commerce Channel Lead to join the Sanofi Consumer Healthcare sales team and play a key role in our growing eCommerce space in Indonesia. Reporting through to the Head of Sales, the e-Commerce Channel Lead will take full ownership of building and developing a strong partnership with marketplaces to drive digital sales E-Commerce, strategic initiatives for growth and managing strategic partner relationships for long term success.

Responsibilities

Manage the Present

Own and lead E-Commerce commercial Execution across the marketplaces to deliver business growth

Business Delivery and Customer Management
  • Lead account relationship for Sanofi CHC with all e-commerce marketplaces in Indonesia
  • Develop and lead the marketplace strategy, and growth plans for E-Commerce channel
  • Responsible for delivery of business results, growth and market share objectives for Sanofi CHC brands
  • Activate key launches, campaigns and collaborations with marketing and digital for impactful brand presence on marketplaces
  • Acquires an understanding of local market and use this knowledge to accelerate the performance Commercial Executions
  • Develop Joint Business Plan (JBP), monitor and drive the performance via Joint Business Plans with core customers.
  • Presents the business strategy, ambitions, clear targets & priorities of each marketplace
  • Manage sales operation via appointed third party distributor.
  • Close monitor the inventory of distributor and optimize the accuracy of forecast with supply chain.
  • Arrange and lead regular business reviews and manage the relevant commercial relationships.
  • Timely review with Finance controlling for P&L and adjust business accordingly.
Channel and Shopper Management
  • Develop a fully integrated plan working with Brand and Shopper Marketing team and execute brand plans in these strategic customers.
  • Work hand in hand with digital marketing to create 360-degree consumer engagement campaigns
  • Online trade marketing excellence to create outstanding brand connections online.
  • Deliver valuable category and market insights to strengthen our presence
Externally Focused
  • Continually keep a track of the marketplace and shopper trends on the platform
  • Competitor awareness. Track & analyze competitor activity both NPD & promotional/shelf strategies to ensure Sanofi competitiveness in the marketplace.
  • Understand, analyze and communicate clearly the shopper, category and trade dynamics in the country now and in the future

Be an active country ambassador for everything related to Digital Commerce

About you

Education
  • At least Bachelor’s degree with supported majoring
Required knowledge and/or experience
  • Proven account management experience, preferably within FMCG environment
  • At least 3 years of experience in Modern Trade account management or E-Commerce channel management
  • Strong analytical capabilities, and passion for extracting rich insights from data
  • Dynamic, results-oriented individual with a "hands on" style
  • Adaptable to a fast-paced, high-growth, changing environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; team player
  • Project management skills with the ability to get things done
