Job Responsibilities
♦HRGA, Interpreter / Translator and Secretary work
- Managing Japanese expatriate's need
- Assisting the expatriates necessity from handling their working permit visa (ITAS, etc)
- Making a monthly report regarding HR to HQ in Japan
- Handling Payroll
- Handling internal/external contracts and agreement
- Handling promotion, demotion, and worker mutation process.
- Interpreter and translator work (meeting or documents )
- General HR work such as hiring etc..
- Other related tasks as assigned
Necessary Skill / Experience
・ Business level Japanese *N2~
・ More than 3 years working experience of HRGA
・ Prefer having team management experience
・ More than conversational level English
・Strong mentality
