- Act as PMO for high-priority operational initiatives, coordinate and mobilize cross-functional teams to make sure all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules
- Work closely with COO in framing operational strategic plans, prepare and maintain the documentations of operational blueprints, strategic roadmap, and organization design in alignment with company's vision and ambition
- Prepare and maintain operational performance dashboard, conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis in developing recommendation for management team regarding high-priority operational issues and improvement opportunities
- Take ownership of key strategic growth and scaling initiatives end-to-end, including research and data gathering, launching projects and setting up operations for scale.
- Work closely with the relevant stakeholders to manage internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient deployment of projects and leveraging newly established capabilities
- Collaborate and coordinate with teams across the companies to achieve the outcome
- Have <5 years of work experience in business strategy or advisory role with strong quantitative and qualitative skills
- High fluency in using data processing and analysis tools, e.g. Microsoft Offices, SQL, Holistic
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Passionate in learning new things, deal with ambiguity
