Your role
- As a key lead you will need to drive the creation and management of the data ecosystem by recommending the right structure, tools and technology.
- You will be responsible for integrating and analysing marketing data, media data, campaign performance data and social media data to develop deeper insights on campaign performance, channel performance, consumer behaviour and evaluate the effectiveness and outcomes.
- You will need to develop narratives on Data and Data driven efforts and be able to present them to clients. You will also need to actively participate in Campaign planning and measurement frameworks that identify key KPIs.
- You will be working closely with the Strategic Planning team, the Media Planning team and Media Performance team while reporting directly to the Group Director for Strategy, Media and Data.
- A minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Data Science with good knowledge of Statistical Analysis.
- At least 2+ years of experience working in a Marketing / Advertising firm or having experience with Marketing and Advertising data.
- Ability to connect paid media data, CRM and Social data with Analytical tools.
- Experience with tools such as GA, Tableau, PowerBI and SPSS. Additional knowledge of programming in Python, R with ability to create Dashboards.
- Knowledge of digital advertising such as ad serving technology, DSP, DMP, SSP.
- Interests and fundamental knowledge of Behavioural science and interest in Behavioural Economics will be an added advantage.
