- Hold Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with site experience (Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply).
- Have min. 1 year experience as Document Controller in Construction company.
- Conversational level English.
- Able to operate MS Office, and Bentley System.
- Knowledge in document management system/document library, familiar with Bentley System.
- Able to work under pressure and with target.
- Strong analytical thinking, detail oriented, organized, self-motivated, good attitude.

- Check quality of documents by reviewing incoming and outgoing documents.
- Monitor and record documents to make sure that the document will reach its proper destination and recipients.
- Filing of documents to make sure that the documents are organized and to maintain traceability.
- Other responsibilities as needed.
