Job Description:
- Extract data and create dashboards to track health of the business and drive business understanding
- Apply quantitative and incorporate qualitative insights to inform and influence strategies for ongoing projects
- Perform analytics to measure effectiveness of Operations, Products, Sale and Marketing team
- Partner with Operations, Data Science, Data Engineering and Product teams to figure out data need, identify trends/ opportunities and solve problems
- B.A. or B.S. degree with a quantitative focus in Finance, Economics, Information Systems, Statistics, Math or equivalent training
- 2+ years of experience performing data analysis and dealing with multiple stakeholders
- Proficiency in querying and manipulating complex raw datasets for analysis using SQL, Python and/or R
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
- Experience with statistical analysis (e.g., hypothesis testing, probability, regressions, experimentation logic and biases, data modeling techniques and time series analysis)
- Familiar with reporting systems, data pipeline architecture, ETL and data modeling
- Experience explaining technical concepts and analysis implications clearly to varied audiences and be able to translate business objectives into actionable insights
- Experience thinking strategically, structurally solving operational problems, and driving execution
- Ability to work under pressure and fast paced environment
- Understand and interested in Crypto market is a plus
