You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Puchasing Manager is responsible in the planning and procurement of material, including vendor development and administration of contracted services in accordance with the hotel policy and procedures.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years experience in similar position, Experienced in 5 Stars International Hotel Chain operations, Understand Materials Operations (including Purchasing, Receiving & Store Management), Multi-tasking, Fast paced, Good leadership & analytical skills, Attention to details, Excellent organizational, negotiation and effective communication skills, Good communication in English both verbal & written, Supervisory & management experience, Able to work in a small or large team, and able to work under-pressure, Good understanding in Hygiene implementation based on ISO 22000 : 2018, Creative & Innovative, openness to change, Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Purchasing system (Birchstreet) will be a plus point.
