Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure optimal processing and utilization of people, machinery, and equipment, coordinate processing activities with procurement, maintenance, and quality control activities.
- Consult engineers regarding the modification of machinery and equipment to enhance product processing and quality
- Consult with management staff to define processing and quality control standards, a budget, and cost controls, as well as to gather information on the types, quantities, specifications, and delivery dates of requested items.
- Bachelor of Agriculture preferred
- Minimal of 5 years of working experience in related positions
- Good communication and negotiation skills
