The Social Media Coordinator will be part of the Social Media and Marketing team which is responsible for crafting strategies for digital, advertising, communications and creative efforts. They will assist the Marketing Leads to act as an intermediary between different departments, both within and outside of the organisation, and oversee the overall progression of various assignments. The successful candidate should also be able to work efficiently in high pressure situations and possess critical problem solving skills.

- Work in partnership with the Creative team, develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications.
- Conceptualise and execute on multi-channel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels, not limited to crafting engaging copy for articles and posts, scheduling and posting content across all social media platforms, and so on.
- Liaise and cooperate with external stakeholders to maintain alignment to project deliverables.
- Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads.
- Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis tools.
- Iteratively test, analyze and optimize social content to improve and elevate content performance and grow our social media presence in the region.
- Work with cross-functional and cross-border regional teams to execute world-class programs in the APJ region.
We're looking for someone who has…
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing or 1 to 2 years' experience in a relevant field.
- Experience in managing multiple social media pages, including paid media buy.
- Experience working in a dynamic esports start-up environment.
- Good understanding and love of video games and/or esports.
- High motivation and ambition to challenge themselves in an esports environment.
- Working knowledge of marketing esports programs/projects.
- Detail-oriented and well-organised.
- Excellent time-management skills.
- Strong multitasking & problem-solving abilities.
- Strong sense of responsibility and strives to fulfil deadlines in a timely manner.
- Ability to work autonomously in a hybrid work arrangement.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in teams, in a diverse and fast-paced environment.
- Business-level or native-level fluency in English - listening, spoken and written.
- Native fluency in the Bahasa Indonesia language as you will be predominantly covering the Indonesian market and will need to read, speak and write in Bahasa - this is a must.
- Business proficiency in additional languages relevant to other South East Asian countries (e.g. Mandarin, Thai, Japanese), in order to manage respective markets - will be a bonus.
