- Oversee the Export & Import process and ensure that it complies with required laws and license regulations.
- In constant communication with customs, Ministry of Industry, Taxation department, etc.
- Lead the customs arrangement for incoming mining related vehicles / machines mainly from China.
- Conduct periodic checks at the site to ensure that goods and vehicle machines are as ordered and is received in the best condition.
- Manage related logistics projects with internal & external partners (New, Expansion & Extension)
- Ensure good coordination and communication in facility and with other function as well.
- Bachelor's Degree in business, engineering or a logistics related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, with track record in logistics related role.
- Have PPJK certification is a must.
- Willing to travel to site on a regular basis.
- Ability to speak mandarin is a must.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills (Kaizen & Lean skills are preferred).
- Hands-on, flexible and is a team player.
