- Handle end to end Sunday Indonesia recruitment process for both Tech and Non-tech.
- Designs, develops and maintain the recruitment process in the organization (including job description, recruitment measurement)
- Develop company's policy for talent benchmarking, talent assessment, and interviewing.
- Perform analysis of organizational development and anticipate future employment needs.
- Reviews employment applications and background check reports.
- Manage respective candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities.
- Serve as a brand ambassador at various events, like career fairs or on-campus recruiting events.
- Represent company internally and externally at events with a goal of networking and relationship building with potential candidate communities.
- Counsel the candidate on corporate benefits, salary, and corporate environment.
- Build long-term relationships with past and potential candidates.
- Administer and submit all hiring paperwork for new employees.
- Communicate regularly with the Senior Leadership to get a clear view of the company's hiring needs and organizational goals.
- Work closely with the marketing department to develop talent branding to Sunday.
- 3 years or more of relevant work experience in Recruitment function in a startup company or recruitment agency.
- BA degree in Human resources or similar relevant field.
- Excellent understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes for both tech and non-tech.
- Knowledge in Insurance, Healthcare or Health-tech is a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of candidates selection methods with outstanding communications and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
- Creative thinker, proactive problem solver. with a positive and “can do” attitude.
