- Manage and grow brand from group
- Create strategies and planning for brand management and development.
- Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters for partners.
- Develop, expand, and maintain relationship and commercial partnerships with all parties and customers
- Increase brand and customer engagement on all social media platforms.
- Manage ideas and promotional techniques to ground brand awareness to the market for all product.
- Analyze market trends and customers' behavior towards marketing strategies and campaign.
- Forecast and track key partnership metrics (e.g. sales, issues, etc) and escalate/resolve issues accordingly.
- Provide market insights from the stakeholders perspective, including understanding products, sellers, market & competitor dynamics.
- Minimum Bachelors' Degree with minimum GPA of 3.00
- Max 28 years old.
- Fluent in written and oral English and Indonesia.
- Min. of 3 years experience in marketing and brand development.
- Able to work individually and in team.
- Creative, initiative, analytical, detail-oriented, meticulous and able to work under tight schedule and deadlines.
- Wide knowledge in beauty and up to date with all current trends.
- Good attitude to improve and willingness to learn.
- Excellent organization skills and strong attention to detail.
