- Develop and implement Brand & Marketing strategy
- Managing all marketing for the company & business unit (Hotel, Hospital, and Real Estate) and activity within the marketing department
- Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives
- Develop and implement marketing plan & budget plan
- Analyses current performance, trends, market conditions and other contributing factors
- Lead the development and implementation of strategy to gain significant market share in this market segment
- Define and execute the marketing and communication activities according to our marketing plan
- Review Marketing Program on regular basis and implement ideas for business's improvement
- Get insight from market and customer on behaviour needs and feedback then deliver the insight as input to develop Strategic Marketing and Business Plan
- Be responsible for gathering and analysing business and competitive intelligence to act on decisions to strengthen the business
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ year's experience in Marketing Management/Brand Management/Strategy Development
- Ability to deliver effective business relations at all levels, internally and externally
- Ability to seamlessly work cross-functionally
- Proven record of result achievement, problem solver, flexible, able to adapt to new ways of working
- Can-do attitude, proactive, initiative, proactive with passion for managing projects to conclusion and on time
- Able to work independently as well as able to work with the team
- Strong verbal, written and organisational skills
- Exposure handling different types of projects/company
