A rapidly expanding medical devices manufacturer is recruiting for a newly created Production Manager (Medical Devices, Cikarang) in Indonesia. In this job, you will lead a team and be responsible for all production targets in the production line.
About the Production Manager (Medical Devices, Cikarang) Role:
Due to excellent results and future expansion plans, the Production Manager will play a key role in the Production team's continued development and success in its Indonesia office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure production process run reliably and efficient
- Manage production personnel's schedule, estimate costs and prepare budgets to ensure work flow meet required deadlines
- Ensure the production process was performed in accordance with company internal SOP's, Ministry of Health requirements, Healthy and Safety requirements also other related requirement
- Fulfil Production Department Key Performance Indicator correctly
Key requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Engineering
- Minimum of five years' experience as a production manager in manufacturing or 10 years' experience working in the manufacturing industry producing medical equipment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Bahasa Indonesia and English)
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong project management skills
