- Overseeing financial operations
- Developing and producing financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Managing accounting team: delegating tasks and ensuring that the team is meeting deadlines and producing accurate financial reports.
- Maintaining financial records: including general ledgers, accounts payable and receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Interpret financial reports and make recommendations to senior management based on analysis.
- Ensure that the company is complying with all financial regulations and laws.
- Developing and implementing financial policies and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of financial operations.
- Managing internal and external audits to ensure that financial statements are accurate and comply with accounting standards.
- Communicate financial information to senior management, including presenting financial reports and making recommendations for improvements.
- Developing and forecasting financial performance for the company and short term forecast requested by the investors
- Implementing and managing financial software systems to improve the efficiency and accuracy of financial operations.
- Leading financial projects, such as implementing new accounting systems, new products, or processes
- In charge for entities operating in Indonesia, Singapore, Vietnam and Malaysia
- Possesses at least 7 years of experience working as Accountant, Auditor, Consultant, or equivalent
- At least 3 years of proven experience in Auditing, preferably from Big 4 company
- Possesses Bachelor degree in Accounting
- Professional English fluency (mandatory)
- Has experience handling OJK monthly reporting
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Experience handling overseas team/entities would be a plus
- Excellent management and supervisory skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Preferably has experience using Accounting software (Xero), would be a plus
- Attention to detail and the ability to analyze large amounts of data.
