Job Description

This role will be reporting directly to the Managing Director. Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a MUST. The key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Leading and managing sales team through development short and long term business plans
  • Building the brand image through strong stakeholder management with customers, government, supplier, partner, etc.
  • Providing excellent customer service by handling matters in professional manner
  • Leading team and coaching members - focusing in employee engagement and satisfaction through incentive schemes
  • Monitoring performance and driving KPI of team
