- Minimum of 3 years experience in power construction or related position.
- Have experience in Power project transmission/stringing/ substation would be an advantage.
- Min. D3/Bachelor preferable in Power, Telco, and Civil Engineering
- Have flexible & nice personality
- Ability to build good relationship with customers / clients
- Ability to motivate team in achieving target
- Integrity, selflessness, strong commitment, persistent, responsible, honest, highly motivated, challenging, willingness to learn, good team work.
- Good knowledge of project control methodologies and techniques.

- Have knowledge and experience in Power Project
- Have good knowledge of engineering & construction
- Have good knowledge of Erecting structural steel, wood and aluminum transmission tower
- High understanding of installation and auxiliary equipment to construct transmission and high - voltage distribution power line between generating stations and substations
- Able to do repairs and performs schedule maintenance on towers, and auxiliary equipment.
- Supervise the execution of the work and the results of its work in project
- Translate and forward the strategic policy of his site manager to the subordinates to work effectively and productively
- High understanding of packing and marking list material
- High understanding of detail structure tower design
- Understanding HSE working at height
- Able to operate equipment (Gin pole, Winch)
- Responsible, honest, high motivated, active and challenging person
- Able to work in a team
- Willing to work hard and under pressure
