- Ensure successful planning, execution, and optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid, organic & own media channels
- Analyze and report organic and paid performance on all social media platforms.
- Collaborate with the business and tech departments to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, and feedback, as well as present results.
- Providing constructive feedback with proven data to the team to help the content performance improvements.
- Manage budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment and efficient Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).
- Has at least 2 years of previous work experience as a Social Media Analyst or performance marketing-related roles.
- Hands-on experience running, optimizing, analyzing, and reporting social media ads (Meta, Tiktok, Twitter, and LinkedIn).
- In-depth understanding with experience in analyzing and interpreting Google Analytics data.
- Preferably has a BSc in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Candidates with marketing-related licenses and certifications will be prioritized.
- Able to do data analysis and recognize patterns and the latest trends on social media.
- An individual with excellent communication and time management skills who is able to multitask.
