Responsibilities
Daily Task
- Support User on Application either Local or Regional
- Coordinate with user, vendor, local/regional app support or infra for resolving Production/BAU issues on application in timely manner in accordance with criticality
- Monitoring application downtime
- Monitoring and close ticket assigned to apps team
- Support for CR
- Manage and coordinate with project stakeholder for initiatives or enhancement projects
- Support for CR
- Support for monthly server reboot
- Understand the system development life cycle
- Have basic project management knowledge
- Have basic programming language
- Have basic database knowledge
- Have basic IT infrastructure (server, network, firewall, security) knowledge
- Have minimum 3-5 years working as Application Support (L2)
- Preferrably have banking knowledge/support banking industry
