Roles & Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day accounting and finance function, including month end closing
Ensure the timely and accurate statutory financial reporting, taxation report and cash flow forecast
Review and improve companies’ accounting procedures to ensure all transactions comply with Indonesia regulations and align with group companies’ code of conduct
Review and advise on risk and compliance matters
Maintain key financial metrics and propose corrective action in advance to ensure target delivery
Handle companies’ tax matters and provide necessary advice to management with regards the tax related issues.
Be the key person to liaise with external auditor, consultants, tax authority
Propose effective suggestions with a concise summary for any matters related to finance, accounting and tax
Requirements
Degree in accountancy, or related field, with professional qualifications such as CPA is preferred
Minimum 6 years of relevant accounting, tax and finance management working experience
Previous experience in big 4 accounting firm will be an advantage
Good understanding of Indonesian tax requirements
Deep understanding of SAP
Fluent in written and verbal English
Able to lead the team and also work independently and willing to be hands on at handling complex and ambiguous situations
Good interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with colleagues across divisions and external business partner
