- Take ownership of customer analysis - understanding their pain points and develop accurate marketing campaigns accordingly
- Contribute to customer acquisition, engagement and retention by implementing relevant content and strategies
- Understand B2B consumer needs to best express the company's value propositions
- Develop end-to-end marketing campaigns across different marketing channels and medias - including planning and organizing marketing campaign calendar
- Construct and lead GTM campaign strategy for current and future product feature launches
- Prepare and provide campaign report and analysis - collaborating with cross functional teams to track and optimize marketing campaigns, ensuring their efficiency
- Develop and nurture relationships with cross-functional teams for successful collaborations
Requirements:
- A Bachelor Degree in Marketing or any relevant fields
- At least 5 years of experience in Campaign Marketing roles within Tech companies, experience in SaaS or FinTech is an added value
- Exposure working in MNC is also an added value
- Proven track record in managing, executing, measuring effective marketing strategies and campaigns
- Experienced in campaign management - increasing customer engagement and retention
- Possess strong project management skills, attention to detail and able to work in a startup-paced environment
- Passionate in creating things from scratch
